Fee basis, scope and exclusivity are agreed in writing before we place your name in front of any buyer. Nothing verbal, nothing assumed.
No fee unless it ships
We are paid on concluded, shipped business only. If a mandate does not convert, you owe us nothing at any stage.
Disclosure you control
You approve every counterparty before your details move. Any disclosure can be withdrawn in writing and the buyer file is closed.
Two business day response
Every qualified inquiry receives a named reply from the desk within two business days, including a straight no when there is no live mandate.

We do not publish client names, logos or testimonials. In this market, disclosing who a supplier sells to is commercially damaging, and any firm that does it with one client will do it with yours.
Instead, references are provided on request once an NDA is in place, so you can speak to counterparties directly before you commit to anything.

- What volumes do you work with?
- We are most effective from roughly 500 tonnes per month upward on a recurring basis, though we review smaller consistent capacity case by case.
- Do you charge suppliers a fee?
- No upfront fees. We are remunerated on concluded, shipped business under terms agreed in writing before any introduction.
- What do you need from us to begin?
- Commodity and grade, recent assay, monthly tonnage, export licence status and port of loading. Everything else follows after the NDA.
- How is our information protected?
- Nothing is shared before a mutual NDA is in place, and buyer disclosures are scoped to what is required to progress a specific mandate.
